committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements
as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to
report storm damage to vehicles or other property. Each owner
and paying tenant should complete a separate form.
Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the
form. Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order
to update and submit the form.

RELAC update
RELAC start up procedure began 2 weeks early this year and we have been ready to come online for a week. The weather forecast indicates we will start in April for the 2nd year in a row. Unless something changes in the forecast RELAC will start operation on Monday April 30, 2018

Electric Power Outage Planned for Tuesday April 10, 2018
On Tuesday April 10, 2018 from 8:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M (6 hours) Dominion Energy will interrupt power to Waterview Cluster (Orchard Lane side), Lakeside Cluster, and Orchard Green customers so that it can complete the installation of new switching equipment and underground wiring.
