Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its
committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements
as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to
report storm damage to vehicles or other property. Each owner
and paying tenant should complete a separate form.
Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the
form. Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order
to update and submit the form.

Snow Update
Hello Neighbors,
Perfect Landscapes has been notified that they didnt plow the Waterview Cluster side of the neightborhood.
They are sending plows now.
The owner is not sure how this happened and apologized profusely.
They did plow the Orchard Lane side of the neighborhood, with the exception of the drive in front of the first carport in the neighborhood. They have been alerted to the this issue and will not let it happen again.
You will not see any sand, because they didn't use sand this time. They used salt. Sand has little to no impact on ice, therefore they chose to use salt.
We expect 3-4 inches tonight, they plan on getting everything right this time around.
Thank you,
Theresa
