Director resignation and new appointment

Matt Lang has resigned from the board.  Marge Carrico was appointed by the board on 16-March-2023 to serve in Lang's position until the Annual Membership Meeting in May 2023.

WCA BoD to host a year-end review and budget meeting for members and residents on December 7, 2022

The Waterview Cluster Association Board of Directors will host a meeting for members and residents to review activities of the past year and to discuss the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday December 7, 2022, 7pm, at the Reston Community Center, Lake Anne branch, in the Rose Gallery.

Asphalt repairs on Lower Waterview Cluster parking area scheduled for November 15, 2022

Asphalt repair operations will commence at approximately 9am on November 15, 2022, weather permitting, in the vicinity of the speed bumps in the Lower Waterview Cluster parking area.  Vehicles will not be able to pass through the work zone for 90 to 120 minutes.  

The repair areas tagged as 2, 3, and 4 in the image below straddle the speed bump adjacent to 11441WC and also include the manhole nearer to 11436WC.  Vehicles that need access to the immediate vicinity and downhill from that zone area must wait until the work area is clear.
