WCA Owner/Tenant Contact Update Form

Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

Roger Brown, longtime cluster resident, board officer, and community leader died on March 19, 2020

Roger Brown, longtime resident, stalwart board officer, and community leader during some very trying times in our cluster, died on March 19, 2020.  His family sent the following invitation:

Roger & Nancy Brown’s extended family wish to invite you to participate in our virtual funeral for Roger H. Brown, who passed away March 19, 2020, in Alexandria, Virginia.   The Reverend Bruce Stewart will be leading the family as we conduct  a funeral service Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 2:30 PM, EST, using a virtual meeting platform.

These difficult times have required us to think outside our collective boxes and come up with a new way to be able to join each other to celebrate his life.   Although we look forward to the time when we can all gather in fellowship in the same room, we hope that this virtual coming together will help us feel the support of our extended communities as well as honor his wishes.

Many of you may have heard of Zoom on the news as jobs and meetings have moved to being held in a virtual space.  It is not hard to join a Zoom event; you may participate with a phone (audio only), smart phone, ipad/tablet or computer.   If you would like to receive an emailed link to Roger’s virtual funeral, please email RogerHBrownMemorial@gmail.com;  you only need to send one email per device that will be used.   Please include your name, how you know Roger & Nancy, and any messages of condolence for the family.  You can also acquaint yourself with Zoom by visiting Zoom.com and watching a demo.  You will receive an email back that will have a link that you click to join the event and a service program.   We do ask that everybody who is not participating as a speaker use the mute button so we do not have background noise during the service.

We miss Roger terribly, but we hear his voice telling us to "carry on."
