Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

Republic Services Info re Missed Trash Pickup for Some WCA Homes

This morning I was informed by Republic Services that areas in our neighborhood that were skipped yesterday, Thursday January 4th, due to the weather MIGHT be serviced today or tomorrow.  Unfortunately they cannot tell us for sure... Tomorrow, Saturday January 5th, was/is already scheduled to be a make-up day for the missed recycling pickup on New Year's Day and that is still on track.  Both trash and recycling service will take place a usual on Monday, January 8th.
