Dear WCA Members, As presented at the December Membership Meeting, these are the proposed standard updates for windows, HVAC units, and Railing colors. As noted at the meeting, these updates reflect current practices within the cluster that are either unclear are not covered under the current standards.
These updates shall apply to new applications, and are not intended to affect existing approved conditions. The goal is to simplify the DRB application through staff-level approvals, avoiding lengthier panel review.
